When you Arrive
Please text me at 510-984-4865 and I will come to the door to let you in.
Parking lot is open to all patients. If you will be leaving this clinic after dark, park near or on the street for more abundant light.
Restrooms
Gender neutral restrooms are available on the 2nd floor of the building. If you would like to use a single room restroom, I am happy to open the upstairs door for you.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
After booking, please fill out new patient information in your new online account.
Eat a light meal prior & skip caffeine before treatment.
Wear loose comfortable clothing.
I recommend using the restroom before every treatment.
Turn your cell phone to silent or airplane mode for treatment.
Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy
If you have been in close contact with anyone suspected of having Covid-19 or are experiencing cold/flu symptoms, please call or email our office.
Policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please do so with 24 hours notice. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, miss their appointment, or arrive late to their appointment will be charged a fee equal to the full cost of their appointment.
